Antique Royal Doulton China Figurine Repair
In this case our specialist museum quality restorers were used to reconstruct the figurine which had undergone extensive damage. The head had completely broken off and the main body of the figure was in two parts. The breaks were clean so there was minimal filling but matching the paint up was quite an undertaking. The repair was invisible and the figure is now restored to its former glory.
Royal Doulton collectible figures are prone to damage due to the unstable nature and proportion of the pieces.
